Purple and Lime Green Crocheted Ice Cream Cozy

Ice cream is meant to be eaten directly from a pint sized container. The only problem with this theory is that those containers make your hands cold. Solve the problem with this bright purple and lime green crocheted ice cream cozy! Great for a Valentine's Day gift, or perhaps for someone who would rather celebrate Valentine's Day with their ice cream.

This ice cream cozy is made of 100% cotton yarn, in wide stripes of bright purple and lime green. It measures about 3 1/2 inches tall, and has a circumference of about 11 inches. It fits just perfectly on a Ben & Jerry's pint sized container of ice cream, and should fit on other brands just as well.

This cozie can be machine washed and dried with no fear of it shrinking. You may prefer to wash it by hand and let it air dry, however, due to its small size. (I have not used this purple color previously, and cannot be sure yet if it is colorfast.)
