My Favorite Billboard
Description
Linoleum block print of an old billboard on Mission Street in San Francisco. The Billboard originally read "17 Reasons Why" but the "why" was taken down years ago and it just read "17 Reasons" for years. Eventually the whole thing was torn down, but it is well remembered as an iconic landmark in S.F. Each block is hand carved in reverse (mirror image) out of linoleum, hand brayered and hand pulled. the print measures 8 x 10 and is a limited edition of 100.Added on Nov 10, 2007
