The Merinos on our farm, range from creamy white to dark chocolate brown. And so we offer to you, direct from the shepherd, raised in America, 100 % Merino wool yarn.

ESPRESSO MERINO YARN
4 ounce skein, 110 grams
approximately 220 yards
2 ply sport (this is 2 individual sport weight strands
plied together) a medium weight
gauge:
on #8 or 9 needles 4 stitches per inch, 6 rows per inch
8 wpi


Washing instructions:
Use warm water, and a mild soap (like Eucalan woolwash) and soak the item. Rinse in the same temperature water. Never shock the fibers by rinsing in cold water or throwing it in a dryer. That is of course, unless you are looking to produce a felted item. Instead be gentle. Roll the item up in a towel and squeeze out the excess water. Lay flat to dry.
