Cherry Hall Table

Description

This "Z-table" is crafted entirely from solid wood, with the top and base made from a single board. Each piece shows off the unique grain patterns of the tree from which it came. Some have knots and sapwood, in the tradition of Nakashima, and help to show the tree from which it came. The legs are solid, laminate-bent maple.

Because of the design, this piece has some "give" or "spring" to it - it's strong and stable, but bends and flexes with weight, making the piece an organic whole.

This table is 48" long, 9" wide, and 36" high. It is available as pictured in American Black Cherry, as well as African Padauk.
