Eiffel Tower Ghosts at Sunrise

Description

This is a digital photo of a section of one of our painted silk scarves, made while the scarf was soaked with water.
This created merged graphics from different part of the design on the translucent silk, adhering to each other and backlit like a "slide".

This particular piece, focused on a small detail area of the entire scarf, was reminiscent of the base of the Eiffel Tower; figures that emerged in the wet material created the image of spirits or ghosts (William Shakespeare is there in formal period attire--see if you can find him as we did!).

The photo is in 5 x 7 format, but could be produced as a larger print (convo for price negotiation), on premium glossy photo paper with archival inks.
