Crochet choker - iris

Description

This sinuous creature was hand crocheted by me on cotton: stitch by stitch and bead by bead to create a strong, stretchy, dramatic necklace.

The beads are delica iris beads, that have a subtle gradation of hues from greeny bronze through to dusky pinks - and are incredibly hard to photograph true-to-colour.

The necklace is 40cm long, but pretty stretchy. It sits just above my collar bones, and it ultra comfy on. I get lots of comments when wearing my crocheted jewellery.

The clasp is handmade by me in sterling silver wire and mirrors the snakey form of the necklace. The large light clasp makes it easy to put on. (No tiny clasp that you can never do up yourself!)
