Usually, when looking for a puppet, you will need something very specific. A grandpa, a look alike for your daughter, a redhead school teacher, a witch. This is a listing for a custom, fully clothed and accessorized, handmade Sfogie foam puppet.

The puppets wear size 18 months cloths. You may order a naked puppet, in case you want to prepare the outfit yourself (and thus reduce cost).

Each of my handmade Sfogies is one of a kind. They are especially suitable for puppeteers, therapists, storytellers or kindergarten teachers. They are also often purchased by parents or grandparents of small children who love to hear stories, or by people who simply love to play with puppets. They also allow their operator to express joy and playfulness, thus increasing their own enjoyment of the play.

Each puppet is 70cm (28 inch) tall and constructed of dyed foam. It is hand operated – one hand moves the mouth (which includes finger grips for comfortable use) and the other operates the rest of the body.

Due to the use of beads and other delicate materials, the puppet is aimed to be operated by and in the presence of an adult.
