Description
Miss Lily, the Crown and the Dance is a 32 page, full color, glossy, hard bound children's book measuring 8" x 11". A Mom's Choice awards 2008 winner.The story could be described as a timeless parable legend set at Riverside Park and Zoo (located in Independence, Kansas). The story has many colorful birds and animals.
I had the pleasure to do all the illustrations and worked closely with the author to capture her vision. I used watercolor paper, bright illustration water color and vibrant colored sharpies.
