Measure over the wrist bone with a cloth measure tape. Make sure not to pull the measuring tape too tight around the wrist, then add 1/2" for a Children's Bracelet (under 6.5") or 1" for a Women's Bracelet. This should ensure a comfortable fit.

If you don't have a cloth measure tape: Take a piece of string or ribbon and wrap it around your wrist. Then measure the length of the string you needed with a straight ruler.

If direct measuring is not possible, an approximate sizing guide is provided below. Note, all sizes are approximate for the age groups:
4" (approx 0-6 months)
4.5" (approx 6-12 months)
5" (approx 12-24 months)
5.5" (approx 2-5 years)
6" (approx 6-8 years)
6.5" (approx 8-12 years)
