Super Twirly double layered skirt. Size 7 with an adjustable waist and a 16.5 inch length. Upper layer is a fun Michael Miller fabric with retro square dancers, under layer is a marbled green. Both skirts are circular in style for maximum flare and less bulk. Hems have lace trim. Very fun and unique.
