Earths Core Pendant No. 22232

Description

This is a cool pendant! I designed it using a transparent red glass with a overlay of transparent dichroic glass in a random design in subtle hues of pink, red, green, blue, and yellow. It looks amazing with the red peeking through! To add a little visual effect I cut the dichroic glass with a trail running down the pendant before I fired it. I topped it with clear glass for depth and brilliance. Dichroic means reflect because the glass reflects more than one color. Each piece is hand cut my me to create this stunning piece of art. The picture doesn't always show the true depth and brilliance of the pendant you will be amazed at how beautiful it is in person! The pendant measures 15mm (top width) x 17mm (bottom width) x 56mm (length) large sterling silver plated bail included. The picture was shot using a Cuban sterling silver chain that I sell at my store.

I make all my one-of-a-kind wearable art in my home studio. There is no two pieces alike! All glass is compatible and has been annealed; cooled slowly for durability and strength. They are usually designed with three or more layers of glass and can be fired up to four to five different times in my kiln to achieve the effect I want.
