Huon Pine Earrings

Hand turned huon pine earrings.

Huon pine is a rare and beautiful timber native to Tasmania, these beads are hand lathed by my father from huon pine offcuts. No wasting this beautiful ancient timber. :)

Huon pine is golden and beautifully grained, and smells divine. Dad lightly oils each bead and matches it to a partner and send them to me. I then pair each bead up with sterling silver to make jewellery.

These earrings are light and comfortable, whilst still being eye catching and unique - no two huon pine beads are the same.

I've taken a photo of a couple of different pairs so you can see the variation. If you'd specifically like a pair with a burly feature, just send me a convo; otherwise you'll receive a sleek golden grained pair like the first pictured.
