Paint Jasper Necklace (OOAK)
Description
This necklace is made with paint jasper beads and sterling silver links which I have hand formed, soldered, and hammered. It hangs from a sterling silver chain and the closure is also hand made by me. I have polished the sterling silver to a high shine.The colors in jasper gemstones are created by different minerals (copper, iron, etc) deposits in the stone creating a "paint" effect.
These are the last of these type of jasper beads I have, therefore it is a One of A Kind (OOAK). I bought these on a trip to down-town LA, while I was living in California a few years ago.
Total length of necklace is 22 1/2" (56 cm).
