This ultra feminine pencil skirt with removable jumper straps has TWO LOOKS IN ONE. Made of 97%cotton/3% lycra stretch sateen this skirt/jumper is super comfortable. The sateen finish gives it a muted sheen that just barely hints on shiny. Oh, how it feels luxurious. Straps snap on and off, it has and invisible back zipper, and kick back bottom.
