Polka Dot Party Hat
Description
We love parties. And it’s not a party without a special hat! These are a favorite in our home.This hat is made of a pretty black and white cotton fabric fused to cardstock and trimmed with cotton fringe. It is held to the head with an elastic cord braid. It stands 7 inches tall and has a 5 inch diameter across the bottom.
Please contact me if you are interested in multiples of this hat, or would like it duplicated in other fabrics. Coordinating bibs and/or birthday skirt or lounge pant sets can also be made.
