Description

157 yards of soft, gorgeous handspun wool. Handdyed by me in beautiful shades of pink, blue, green, peach, violet, and everything in between. Yarn weight varies between worsted and bulky. A very special and unique yarn, will knit or crochet into something lovely, or use it for a felting project.

This yarn is 100% mill end wool. Finished items should be handwashed gently in cold water.

What can you do with handspun yarn?
Lots of things! Handspun yarn can be used like commercial yarn, to knit, crochet or weave. It’s also great for collages, mixed media work, scrapbooking, and any other crafty uses you can dream up. What are mill ends?
Mill ends are wool from commercial spinning mills that for whatever reason didn’t make it all the way through to become yarn. This wool is sold at a discount, which I pass on to you in the form of lower prices! Since the wool is the same stuff used by commercial yarn companies, it’s very good quality, and since using mill ends means using something that might otherwise be thrown away, it’s recycling! So you’re getting high-quality, lower priced yarns, and doing something good for the environment at the same time!
