Evening Grace - hairstick

Description

The name of this stick does not, in my mind, refer to prayer...but you can think of it that way if you like. :)

This is a dyed bone stick with two lovely African Turquoise nuggets on the topper (African Turquoise is a dyed jasper) and what I believe are adventurine barrel-shaped beads(another type of semi-precious gemstone) on the dangle. They came unlabelled in a mixed lot so I can't guarantee it, but I've researched and all signs point to them being to be green adventurine. The black beads are glass. This is a very striking, classy dangle stick, showy without being large. It is a 3 or 3.5 on my hairstick weight scale (1 being lightest and 5 being heaviest) but because it is shorter and heavier in the stick portion due to being made of bone, it is very well balanced, which noticeably detracts from the weight when worn, so that it feels more like a 2.

Bone sticks are especially suitable, due to their short length (4.5 inches), for smaller heads or less hair mass due to shorter, thinner, or finer hair.
