Soft Green and Wheat Curved Lampwork Focal Bead
Description
Large curved focal bead, perfect for a necklace center or chunky bracelet is 55mm long and 13mm thick at the center. This bead is formed first by creation in my torch, then annealed, then cooled, cleaned, and reformed into a curve in my kiln by slight slumping. It was made on a 1/16" mandrel but the hole does get a bit smaller with this process.The colors in this bead are a soft, almost minty green base with swirls of earthy browns.
All of my hot and warm glass art has been properly kiln annealed.
