This used to be a plaid skirt!Washed in hot water, then needle felted to give a unique look.
Made from a beautiful rich looking plaid with hot pink, yellow, blue, green and a charcoal background. Needle felted spirals are in hot pink.
Made a little smaller for women who don't like a lot of bulk under their coat.
