Altered photograph of a fish, the photo was taken by me in the aquarium at the Detroit Zoo a few years ago. Altering photos can be a rewarding yet unpredictable artform!Photo is altered using scratch tools including an awl and even sandpaper/metal scrubbers, household cleaning products (which is why they are in my studio and not in the cleaning cupboard)...
Photo is mounted on a 6"x9" piece of watercolor paper, which has been further colored using watercolor crayons, markers and pencils...
