Still -- an original oil painting, framed

Description

I was captivated by the stance, one day, of my Boston Terrier, Enid. As she looked heavenward, her body formed a right angle: a perfect 'L.' When I tried to capture it on canvas, I was struck by the yearning of the pose. I put her against a formal background that might suggest infinity.

Multi-layered and dimensional, this original oil painting is contemplative and engaging. It has been custom framed in an aged look red wood frame that greatly supports the piece.

This painting has been a featured piece in two local shows.
