"Petals" - Original Papercutting

This original handcut art piece is ready for framing and has been signed by yours truly! The design is cut freehand with an exacto-knife; no piece is the same, even if I wanted to replicate them. Lignin-free, Acid-free, and archival quality cardstock has been used to ensure that paper will not age or discolor over time.

The cardstock for this paper cutting is a bright yellow. The swirly reddish fabric used for "Petals" is a remnant from a lovely tropical dress that I traipsed all around south america in (and no longer fits :( ). The flower petals may be popped out to give a 3-dimensional aspect, which looks amazing in a deep frame.

This piece is 5.75" x 5.75" in size.
