Robert Oppenheimer was an American theoretical physicist, best known for his role as the director of the Manhattan Project, the World War II effort to develop the first nuclear weapons, at the secret Los Alamos laboratory in New Mexico. Known as "the father of the atomic bomb," Oppenheimer was shocked by the weapon's killing power after it was used to destroy the Japanese cities of Hiroshima and Nagasaki. The design features a portrait J. Robert Oppenheimer, in profile, depicted with the mushroom cloud of an atomic bomb blast behind him & his famous quote followed by his signature.

The design is hand-printed on a natural colored 100% cotton canvas tote. In the event of an apocalypse this handy bag will not protect you from heavenly horsemen, zombie uprisings or actual nuclear fallout, but you can use it to carry your haul from the local farmer's market. It has also been known to win you brownie points with history and physics professors.

The tote is 13" wide by 13.5" tall, with a 3" gusset at the bottom. The handles are 10.5" long.
