“Sheep”
A flock of sheep is congregated in a grassy field in front of a crisp clear blue sky dotted with soft cumulous clouds contrasted by a tree of abundant branches. It’s a whimsical illustration that combines my drawings with my photos. It’s got storybook and country charm and lots of clear color: cerulean blue, mossy green, dark umber, and lots of white.

This is a digital print. The original image is a digital collage. A black and white pen & ink drawing was scanned into Photoshop where it was manipulated with color fills, and fills created from scans of photos or drawings or magazines or objects. Since the “original” image is digital, the only physical form in which it exists is as a print. This is an open edition print which is signed (Sarah Knight) in black ink.
