SKULL EARRINGS

Description

Beautiful flame worked earrings featuring scull and crossbones.
The glass piece is a slice of murrina cane, that has been cut, cold worked, heated up again and small bail added.
These are difficult to make and availability is given by number of slices. In this case it has been six pairs in total. Ear wire is sterling silver.
The design is Mexican folk art inspired.

Handmade in Toronto by Artist Lucie Kovarova-Weir of Lunacy Glass Studio.
Lunacy Glass is small family based glass studio in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, established in fall of 2002.

Artist Lucie Weir was born 1976 in Boskovice, Czech Republic. After graduating with a Masters Degree in Arts (majoring in Animation) from the Academy of Arts Architecture and Design in Prague, Czech Republic, she moved to Toronto, Ontario, Canada.

Main productions of Lunacy Glass are Flame worked glass beads, small objects and finished jewelry. They are all created with love and enthusiasm in original designs and small series.
