Oxidized Copper Byzantine Chainmail Earrings with Cross Dangle

Description

These handmade chainmaille (also known as chainmail) earrings were created by winding copper wire into a coil and then sawing the coil into individual rings. The rings were then woven in the byzantine weave and oxidized to give them a rich aged look. They hang from handmade copper earwires. A copper plated cross was added to the bottom.

These earrings measure approximately 2-1/2 inches (6.4cm) from the top of the earwire to the bottom of the cross.

Please note - The earwires are made from copper wire. I also have surgical steel earwires with copper plated accents available (last photo). If you would like the earwires switched please leave a note in the message to seller area upon purchase.
