Crawling Frog 3x3 Tile
Description
A little crawling frog.This frog design was featured in a tile mural commissioned for the National Amphibian Conservation Center located at the Detroit Zoo.
This high-relief tile is hand pressed in stoneware and glazed in a deep blue-green, which is sponged off the raised portions, emphasizing its sculptural dimension.
Tile measures roughly 2 and 3/4 inches high by 2 and 3/4 inches wide and is about 5/8 of an inch thick at the edges.
It is notched on the back so it can hang on a nail.
