Quicksilver Dreaming

Description

'Quicksilver' is a rare hybrid tea rose bred in the United States in 1985 by Jack E. Christensen. I grow one of these rare plants which was a gift from our dear friend John Bagnasco. This rose is one of our 330 plants in our garden. This was our first bloom, a stunning super star. The image was photographed then digitally painted in oil.

The Dali like impression of the rose dreaming suits the heavenly coloration of lavender to silver petals.

Dreamy, ethereal, absolutely captivating and calming in any decor. Some collectors who own this work describe this piece as, "moody', 'spiritual', "magical".
