bejeweled hair barrette- decked in three kinds of czech fire polished glass: opaque, smooth bright red, dark faceted red and orangy faceted red copper wirewrapped to a small copper-tone barrette.

inspired by 40's noir- meant to be worn on the side of the head, almost like a flower tucked behind the ear (see photos), but would look great incorporated into a number of up-do's. also looks killer glamming up a shorter, more modern haircut (though i must warn that it is a little heavy and even with longer hair it's best to secure the barrette with a bobby pin).

jeweled area 2.5"x2.5". barrette length 2"
