This is the latest version of my all-purpose kitchen spoon, stir-fry and spatula utensil. Use it to cut, stir, mix, scoop and flip.

Select from your choice of Padauk (red), Butternut (light brown), Santos Mahogany (dark brown) and Cherry (light yellow) listed in this picture from left to right. The price of $25 is for one spatula only. Be sure to contact me with your wood choice in addition to completing this purchase. Based on wood supply other woods may be available.

A few notes about the characteristics of each: The Padauk and Santos Mahogany are heavier and more dense, so as a result they resist water and oils well and feel substantial in your hand. The Butternut and Cherry are lighter woods and so they are also softer. These utensils require a bit more care as they could dent more easily and will show wear more readily.

The utensils are sanded, steamed and sanded again before applying 2 coats of Danish Oil as a final finish. The oil is natural and extremely food-safe, which is great, but I find that the natural oils need a bit of help and will require frequent re-application of oil. So, consider buying your own supply. I can tell you what to buy.
