Ed is what I named my eating disorder, from the acronym ED (eating disorder). I made this necklace in honor of my journey to recovery from anorexia. It's an invitation to eat with relish and joy.

I drilled a hole in the top of a gold-colored fork and attached it to a gold-plated ball chain. The necklace measures 18 inches in legnth and closes with a springring clasp. The fork pendant measures a little under an inch.

The necklace is incredibly shiny and lightweight. I wear it with casual and dressy outfits, and whenever I need an extra boost to keep telling my eating disorder to "fork off."

All profits from this necklace will be donated to the National Eating Disorders Association to promote eating disorders research and advocacy.
