Eliza Jane Vintage Handmade Fabric Doll One of a Kind

Meet Little Eliza Jane. I designed and made this little fabric sculpture doll over 32 years ago (early or mid 70's). Her face reminded me of my mom's cousin, thus her name.

Her face does not have a perfectly even complexion since I used the back of a double knit fabric for the skin tone, and the design on the other side shows through just a little bit. Hey - nobody's perfect, right? She's about 6 inches tall, and the widest part of the base, not including the feet, is 3 inches across.

She has spent most of her sheltered life in a china closet, so she doesn't show her age, unless you take into consideration her white hair....

I have enjoyed her for many years, and now she is ready for a change of scenery.
