blue beach glass handbound blank book

Description

A very unique handbound book featuring many organic elements reminiscent of the ocean. I began collecting beach glass pieces every summer when our family would visit the South County shores of Rhode Island. I have a collection that has inspired me to combine my love of paper, fibers and books to create covers.

This book has the following features:

- 4x6" horizontal size
- 40 pages of 80lb, hand deckled, cream colored drawing paper
- wrapped signature pages with a design that echoes the cover
- reinforced eyelet holes for the binding hinges
- inside front cover page is sealed so stitching is protected
- woven beach glass pieces are stitched to the binding board


This is a durable book that could also be used as a photo album. It would make a wonderful gift!
