What is a "laser cut paper overlay"?? The newest creation from See-Thru Scrapbooking. These original designs are laser cut on high quality paper cardstock to create a see-thru design that is meant to be overlayed onto another piece of cardstock.

How do I use them? Think of a paper overlay as a pre-designed page layout. Simply decided what color scheme you want to use. Attach a different color to the back of the overlay for the title. Use a different color for the embellishments. Easily create a mat for your picture by attaching a contrasting color to the back of the overlay, and place your picture on top. The best thing is our paper overlays are pre-cut to 11 x 11. You will immediately have a ½ inch border around the overlay once it is adhered to a piece of 12x12 cardstock. Paper overlays can be adhered with any adhesive, brads, eyelets, even machine stitching.
