Fresh Water Pearl and Amethyst Necklace

I had these random tumbled amethysts and I could not figure out what to do with them...then my daughter walked in with a string of fresh water pearls I had forgotten I purchased at a bead fair a little while ago and whammo!

Some of the amethyst have these really pretty creamy pieces in them and they just flow so well, which is great, what with fresh water pearls and all coming from the water, mainly fresh running water like the great Mississippi in the United States from natural oysters, not farmed ones!

I secure the 18 inch necklace with a toggle clasp for easy one and off while being totally secure!

The amethysts are graduated, largest from the center piece going out the smallest by the clasp.

I love the way the pearl and the shades of purple play off of each other.

This one of a kind creation was handmade by me, muffin for my little shop here, creative muffin!
