Italian Struffoli

Description

Struffoli are lightly fried airy balls of dough drenched with a delicious honey glaze and then given a sprinkle of rainbow nonpareils. Just break off pieces and enjoy!

Struffoli are an Italian specialty, oftentimes served around Christmas and Easter but it is one of my absolute favorite desserts and once you try it I think it will become yours too. The very best thing about struffoli is that they get better each day as they soak up the honey glaze.

This listing is for four dozen struffoli that are approximately 3/4 to 1 inch in size. They ship tightly covered in a bakery box.

I use 100% light olive oil for frying and only top quality ingredients including King Arthur flour.
