Camilla - ONE OF A KIND

Description

Tuscany Bottles are handcrafted from glass vases, jars, bowls, goblets and bottles wrapped with jute cord and decorated in an old-world euro-Italian fashion with gems, beads, ribbon, and sometimes sterling silver or 14k gold. Some of the bottles have Swarovski crystals, Czech crystals, Amythyst, Coral or Garnet. Each item in my Tuscany Bottles line has its own name imprinted on a label attached by a cord.

The idea of this art form came from the look of the wrapped Chianti wine bottles from the Tuscany region of Italy where I was born.

Camilla is a 9 1/2" tall flask bottle that is wrapped in jute twine and decorated with lines of alternating dark wood and small gold colored beads and two brass Tuscany symbols. It's cork is also wrapped with twine and lines of beads and is attached to the bottle by a strand of the beads.
