Neo Painted Ladybug
Description
Here's a simple ladybug with details painted with vitrea 160 permanent glass paint from France, cut from an unusual white opal flashed antique and good ol' red antique from Germany. This design is based on the new wave bugs that bite and poop all over the place...this particular specimen has been reformed--happy to let sunlight filter through and dapple the interior of your space.The glass has been copper foiled and soldered with lead free solder and a dark patina has been applied to the lines--takes up a 4"x4" space with beefy copper rods for legs and copper wire for antenna.
