CLEARANCE - MOD Upcycled DOLL PRINT Dress

Description

I made this babydoll dress from one of those fabulous fold-over collar 1980s secretary tops and vintage 1970s juvenile fabric!

The bodice is made from silky red patterned fabric. It has a fold-over collar that is asymmetric when worn down, or you can button it up into a standing collar. There are tiny fabric covered buttons all the way up the collar and across the left shoulder. The sleeves are elbow-length; they are puffed at the shoulders and have contrasting cuffs.

The rest of the dress is made from blue cotton fabric that's printed with images of dolls. It has a flattering tent shape. I covered three buttons with images of doll faces and stitched them onto the bodice! All seams are serged for a durable and professional finish. From a smoke-free home.
