Liquid Fire Goddess Lampwork Bead

DESCRIPTION:
This voluptuous goddess is sculpted in swirling shades of transparent pale green, aqua and where some of the colours reacted, lovely dots of a smokey grey really do make it seem like she is on fire... She has many shimmering layers of blues and green overlaid by a lovely iridescence from the use of Double Helix silver glass. In bright sunlight she glows in the hand.

Hole: made on 3/32" mandrel

She can be worn as a pendant, kept as a talisman or included in jewellery or multimedia pieces. The hole runs from top to bottom.

Goddesses have become my signature bead as i love making them and exploring the many ways to refine and shape the female form. Each goddess bead is one of a kind.

ABOUT MY BEADS:
My beads are made one by one by me in my home studio and annealed for strength and durability in a digitally controlled kiln. I use top quality glass and supplies from manufacturers in Italy, Germany and the United States and (for the most part) custom blend my colours.

The majority of my beads are sculpted. All are designed to be wearable and have a long happy life with their new owners. Enjoy!
