1/4 pound of delicately infused lavender sugar. A wonderful addition to your iced tea, sprinkled in cake mixes, desserts, on top of freshly sliced strawberries and nectarines and more!We "cure" our lavender sugar for a week so it's perfect for use as soon as it arrives! Please let me know if you'd like the lavender sifted out of your sugar - I'm happy to do that for you at no extra charge!
