Recycled sweater handbag (orange stripes)

I am excited to say that this interesting handbag appears in the new book "Sweater Surgery" by Stefanie Girard!

It is made from a 100% wool sweater that I felted, making it good and sturdy for carrying around all your necessities. The shape of this purse is unlike any other you'll find -- an interesting pentagon that works great with the stripes.

The flower is also made from recycled wool. And not only is it a flower, it's a pin! This means you can remove it adorn your favorite top, or try wearing it on a ribbon around your neck.

The handbag measures 9" high by 13" wide. The strap is approximately 1 3/4" wide by 5 1/2" tall, making it more of a wristlet than a shoulder bag. Will easily hold a cell phone, wallet/change purse, compact, lipstick, iPod, and whatever else a fashionable gal needs. Access to the inside if via a zipper on the center front of the purse (also a recycled material).

Shipping is via U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail (2-3 business days) and includes insurance and delivery confirmation. Items will be shipped within three business days of PayPal payment, though most are shipped withing 24 hours.
