Description
A dress like this can be yours in your own color combination. They are great for parties, prom or any event where you feel like having fun and dressing up.I use a very soft tulle for the bottom portion and lots of it. The top portion is a triangle top style composed of a recycled screen printed tee for one half, and the other half I usually use black and white striped cotton. I can definitely implement one of your own tees into this design. Message me for details.
