Giant Red Squid
Description
This print is small but it was inspired by the recent proof of the giant squid. I was inspired by old sea tale woodcuts and how they would render the tentacles in jigsaw like formations.This print was hand pulled in the traditional form of Japanese Woodblock Printing. There are a total of 80 in the edition and they are printed on Masa paper.
The print itself measures 6.5"X 6.5" and the image measures 3.75" X 3.75".
