From the Fields 2009 Letterpress Printed Calendar

*This was my 2008 calendar, I have a few left and have updated them for 2009. I am also selling the date-page inserts for 2009, inquire if you need a copy of these!*

This letterpress printed calendar presents 12 months of seasonal fruits and vegetables, with information about the history and cultivation practices of each edible. The drawings and text are printed onto rustic clay-coated cardboard, and hang in front of the calendar page, which has room for notes and holidays.

All drawings are by Megan Adie; all text written by Maggie Gosselin for the Center for Urban Education for Sustainable Agriculture's Weekly E-Letter, archived at www.cuesa.org. That's the organization that runs the farmer's market at the Ferry Plaza in San Francisco. Printed by Aviary Press and friends.
