These spats are based on the character "The Tailor" by Dr. Heinrich Hoffman. I just love Hoffman's terror tales for little ones.These cranberry colored spats are made from high quality twill and top stitched in black. Each spat buttons up with 10 matte black buttons and anchors under the shoe with an elasticized strap(your pair will have a black strap). As with all my spats, these can be worn over any shoe from a canvas flat to a combat boot to a 4 inch high heel. The possibilities are endless!
