Ruby-Crowned Kinglet Linocut Print in Bright Red
Description
This linocut print, featuring a ruby-crowned kinglet, is the second of three in my "Little Guys" series. These are the birds that may occasionally get pushed out of the way by the bigger birds at the feeder, but that's OK. They know that their cuteness is what gets the feeder filled in the first place.The paper is 9"x12" and the image area is about 8"x10". It comes signed and dated by me. The ink is a bright red with a tiny bit of yellow mixed in to give it that bright "poppy red" tint. It's the color of the kinglet's crest.
