Although the use of floor cloth rugs were the primary floor covering in America from the late 1700's to the mid 1800's, with my rugs I have a new spin for the 21st Century. Never heard of them? That’s okay, let me introduce you to them. I am not reinventing the wheel by any means, but adding a new genre. Most of these rugs designs are of a nautical, new england, primitive or country design theme, but I’m now adding motorcycles and equestrian events to the list.

I love motorcycles, I love horses and I love creating new things. My venture started with screen printing biker and equestrian t-shirts and now I've added these. LOVE IT

Here’s what is up for sale.

This rug is made from a heavier cotton canvas, measures 24 x 36. For INTERIOR use and will last for many years with reasonable care. These are not only a rugs, but they make a statement of who you are.

It’s a time consuming process to make these but it is worth the finished product. The first step is to create your drawing, then you need to build a frame to stretch the canvas on. Once the canvas is stretched the canvas is prepared to accept paint and left to dry overnight. Next the borders, artwork and lettering are laid out and hand painted onto the canvas. After the paint dries it is ready to receive a couple coats of protective sealer. I gave the back of the rug a coat of paint to help preserve it as well. After removing the canvas from the frame the hem is tucked under and sealed to the back.

This bike image measures approximately 17" - 18" in length.

These are for indoor use, even though they are sealed, they are still fabric. *A non-skid pad will need to be placed under it (not provided) to help avoid any slips or accidents. Make sure the pad is the same size as the rug."

Great way to show off your bike. Many people love their bikes and horses more than they do ... well I’m not going to fill in that blank, but it’s true.

They’re unique, they’re different and they are cool.

This is my drawing of a Harley Touring Street Glide with our trademark name - Ridden Hard painted on it. I began screen printing Ridden Hard and bike images on T-Shirts (which I still do) and now have added rugs to my line.

When your rug arrives, it is important to let the rug become climatize giving it a chance to lay flat at it's own pace. Easy to keep clean just wipe with a warm soapy cloth and then towel dry.
