Prayer Beads in Wood and Black Onyx

This set of prayer beads, mala, is strung on silk cord with 108 wood beads measuring 6mm. The guru and counter beads on this mala are 18mm black onyx beads etched with dragon and phoenix motif. This mala measures 32 inches around, the cotton floss tassel is 2.5 inches long. Thanks for looking, please contact with questions. Custom inquiries welcomed.Mala means garland in Sanskrit; it is used for counting the repetitions of mantras or prayers. When completed I dedicate each mala to the benefit of all sentient beings. Strung in the Tibetan tradition in a multiples of 108 beads.
