Yea! Here's a special treat for all of my lovely customers. I've put all 51 digital collage sheets from Fall 2007 (numbers 89 through 151) on one CD. That's just 39 cents per sheet!

I only made 100 of these CDs and I will not reprint them. Once they are gone, they're gone. Volume 1 (numbers 1-87), which I sold last September, went very quickly.


A Word About This CD.....

If it is important to you to have the highest quality images available on etsy and you want to be confident that you are using images whose copyrights have been thoroughly researched, then this CD is for you.

I spend a ridiculous amount of time with my camera, scanner and PhotoShop restoring and perfecting each image. This often includes adjusting levels, contrast, brightness, and colors, applying two to three different filters, recreating any damaged or folded areas, cleaning up and removing any unnecessary backgrounds, and selecting the best part of the image to crop for different sized sheets. I can easily spend several hours on one image alone, and most of my sheets contain 30 to 50 separate images from different scans.

With over 3000 digital collage sheets sold, I have 100% positive feedback and an amazing community of repeat customers (no negatives--knock on wood).

The 51 digital collage sheets on this CD are all 300 dots-per-inch at 8.5x11 inches and I have included folders with both jpgs and pdfs on all CDs so you can use whichever you prefer. Common themes include:

I also refuse to use an image unless I am 100% confident that it is in the public domain or I personally own the copyright. I write letters to publishing houses and authors (all of which I have on file), pour through old copyright renewal notices, travel across the U.S. with my scanner visiting dozens of archives personally, have walls and boxes full of cards, books, photographs and ephemera which I own, and have a lawyer with whom I consult on a regular basis. The CD itself is professionally created at a local production house. I wanted to support a local business, even though the costs were significantly higher, and I'm glad I did. They produced five different proofs of the label from which I was able to choose. And the label is printed directly onto the CD (no smudging, no tearing). Each CD comes in a round, rigid plastic clam-shell case that is made for shipping. Your CD will be packaged in a bubble mailer that comes from a local non-profit that supports public schools. The envelopes and all packaging are 100% reclaimed though they look brand new. I ship within 48 hours for U.S. customers and twice per week for international orders.

And finally, I have a pretty generous terms-of-usage:

With your purchase, you receive the right to use these images for your personal crafts or to alter them to sell, for example in cards or jewelry. Basically, you can do almost anything (legal) with the image except actions that compete with my business or make it easy for another person to have the image.

By purchasing this item, you agree not to:

1) Sell or give away the images unaltered, either printed or digitally. Fabric transfers are the only exception that are okay.
2) Use them in collage sheets, image CDs, digital compilations, scrapbooking kits, image downloads, or similar forms that directly compete with piddix.
3) Make the item available in such a way that someone could steal the image. For example, if you would like to put it up on a website, it must be small (200 pixels on the largest side) and/or heavily altered and watermarked.
4) Use the item in mass production. If you would like to use the image more than 50 times, contact me for a separate, relatively inexpensive commercial license ($10-$20).
